Start the day with: For Scorpios breakfast is an important meal of the day. A healthy meal in the morning will balance their blood sugar levels and give them the sustenance they need to cope with physical and mental demands of the day.

Lunch on: Mixed salad and anything with puff pastry. Fried oysters and a salad roll. Scorpios should have a well stocked refrigerator with nutritious food on hand for lunch and this will stop them from rushing out to the nearest fast food restaurant!

Dine on: Lamb and mint suet pudding. Steak and ale pie. Beef medallions in horse radish and juniper. Fillet steak. Beef Wellington. Cod loins. Garlic and herb chicken.

Avoid: Alcohol during the day especially when they're working. Water is the healthiest drink for them: no calories, no fat, no sugar and no caffeine. The occasional glass of wine in the evenings shouldn't do them any harm.
