Capricorns aren't keen on change and it takes you a while to adapt to new situations. This is because when you step into the unknown, you don't want to let go of the things in the past that have become commonplace to you. Age and experience has a lot to do with how you accept change and deal with stress and tension. The older you get, the more you will grow to realise that nothing is so fixed that it can't be broken. Few things last forever and change really, is part of life and living.
Relationships and friendships change. Often being separated from folk who have become firm friends in the past is the most difficult part of changes. There will be a time of sorrow and sadness, but you mustn't wallow in self-pity. As one door closes, another opens. New people will enter your life and new friends will be made. You'll come to realise that there's plenty room in your life for lots of friends and new interests. You don't have to stick with the same old things ALL the time.
It's no good being stubborn and refusing to accept what has to be. If you feel stressed and if you feel under pressure then obviously things cannot remain as they are. Change is even more difficult to bear if you're fighting it every step of the way. Instead, try to flow with the tide. Go where it takes you and stop trying to swim against it. Often the result will be the same, no matter what you do. If you have no control over current events, and you know in your heart that eventually you're going to have to grin and bear it, then the sooner you do so, the better.
Capricorn, take things slowly and don't let your mind get carried away as you think of the future. When you feel under stress, you tend to worry a lot and you also tend to look on the dark side. But just think, you could be worrying about things that might never happen. While, on the other hand, sometimes, intuitively, you know that it's necessary to make some changes in your life. Maybe you don't want to do this, but how else can life get better? Wouldn't it be boring if there was nothing to look forward to tomorrow, the day after and the day after that, other than what you're doing today? People need change in order to build up on their experiences. So try to ignore those feelings of uncertainty - they're oh so natural and nothing to be ashamed of. Be courageous and be optimistic. Welcome change rather than fight against it, especially if it can't be avoided.
You'd only stagnate if you were to stand still forever. No-one knows what the future will bring. There are always decisions to be made and when there are new paths to try, who knows where these might lead? Some perhaps to nowhere. Some to regrets. But others to happiness, success and fulfilment. How are we to experience the latter if we don't try. What you must do is take a deep breath and go for it. If you're sad about breaking with the past, look on this as the door to a new beginning. You won't ever cross that threshold if you don't let yourself go through a short period of grief or sadness. But when that sadness is over, there'll be the joy of exploring new ways of life, new friends and new experiences.
