Start the day with: A fresh fruit breakfast or fruit yoghurts. Bagels are high in starchy carbohydrates which will help kick start their body into action for the day. Add reduced fat cream cheese.

Lunch on: Sweet potato slices with mango dip, vegetable Cornish pasty, a BLT sandwich or Noodles in a pepper sauce. Ruled by the planet Mercury, they should go for 'brain food' snacks such as nuts, fruit, vegetables or yoghurt to boost their energy levels and keep them alert.

Dine on: Vegetable lasagne. Stir Fry Thai vegetables. Virgo will be happy with simple dishes followed by fruit or yoghurt.

Avoid: Spaghetti Bolognese, spices and eating too much saturated fat, fried and fatty foods.
