Start the day with: Scrambled eggs on toast or cereal. Milk provides the calcium Capricorns need for their bones. Go for fresh and canned fruits, bread, yoghurt or cheese. Without a good breakfast they will be less resilient, both mentally and physically.

Lunch on: Capricorns should stock their pantry and freezer with ingredients that allow for a quick and easy lunch such as Tuna, Tortillas, Pasta Sauce, Pepperoni, fresh fruit and chicken drumsticks.

Dine on: Meatloaf. Apple, pork and noodle casserole. Barbecued pork chops. Sausages and mustard sauce. Capricorns enjoy no-nonsense meals that are good value for money.

Avoid: Too much shellfish and dairy products.
