Live Readings

1749080skyAs you make a choice for live readings on line, or the phone, you might be unaware of the amount of background information substantiating the reality of premonition as an indisputable fact! Perhaps it is time, therefore, to become aware that live readings are not just some “pie in the sky” experience but could have a profound and significant effect on the future of human existence!

Larry Dossey MD

Larry Dossey MD, now a well known American doctor due to his metaphysical perceptions of reality, would agree that premonition is an extraordinary human talent. In fact, over the years he has evolved his view of the metaphysical. He is a fully trained medical doctor, who has written a book about the premonition factor. His “awakening” began with a spat of his own predictive dreams. He said “I used to believe that we must choose between science and reason on the one hand, and spirituality on the other, in how we lead our lives. Now I consider this a false choice. We can recover the sense of sacredness, not just in science, but in perhaps every area of life.”

In fact, Dr Dossey would not think the option of choosing live readings that unusual. He would see it is a completely acceptable human need, and certainly would not be surprised at the accuracy of some of the predictions picked up by a medium, psychic or empath. As we said, Dr Dossey started off as a bona fide medical doctor, however as his career evolved he began to realize that there was something “healing” and “spiritual” happening with his patients, sometimes phenomenal even, and to his trained mind, scientifically inexplicable. These situations were often to do with a patient’s personal dream of warning or healing, or the experiences of medical staff working in hospices etc. It is known that nurses are particularly sensitive to “spirits” or “feeling” the emotional state of their patients. And Dr Dossey has also declared that “Almost all physicians possess a lavish list of strange happenings unexplainable by normal science A tally of these events would demonstrate that medical science not only has not had the last word, it has hardly had the first word on how the world works, especially when the mind is involved.” Dr Dossey affirmed that he wrote his book on premonition after assimilating the results of varied computer based experiments around the world. “Now” he says “we have people’s experiences as well as hard core scientific studies, that is real, and far beyond “woo woo” stuff”.

The Conscious Media Network

During an interview with the Conscious Media Network, he asserted “there is a social stigma about going public, or talking about your sixth sense or second sight. In medieval days those who had the ability to see the future were burnt as witches. I don’t think we are fully out of from that stigma. So people can be looked at peculiarly, if they talk about their premonitions!”

Accuracy

But the fact remains live readings are more than often extremely accurate. In fact, live readings carried out by experienced empaths can be life changing. We might not understand why live readings are so spot on, but an explanation could be found in scientifically proven “pre-sentiment experiments”. During such an experiment, the subject sat in front of a computer wired up to measure physical reactions, like heart rate and pupil diameter. The computer then showed images of one of two types were randomly selected. One picture might be of a serene place, another would be a horrific image, like war, or torture. The result of this experiment was that as each stressful image was brought up, the body reacted ahead of the moment it was shown, with an exaggerated stress body response, like muscle contraction or pupil dilation. There is therefore compelling evidence that there is a “physical sense” of warning, or predictive elements within the human system related to unconscious body response as part of our survival mechanism. This could be one of the explanations as to why psychics “feel” sensations and associate “pictures” or “visions” to the intense emotional reactions of their clients. Princeton University, USA also undertook over 200 remote viewing experiments whereby a sender of thoughts mentally conveyed information at a distance. Then another person, sometimes on the other side of the world, registered what came through as an image on to a computer. The person who was viewing usually got the image correct.

Carl Jung

An explanation as to the accuracy of live readings could be that of Carl Jung the great Swiss psychologist who talked about the “collective unconscious” operating across space and time. An example of this could be an extraordinary event which took place in the fifties at a West Side Baptist church in the USA. Choir practice normally occurred at 7.25 pm, but on March 15 nobody showed up for it. At 7.30 the church blew up. The event was considered so surprising, that it was covered in Life Magazine!

The fact is live readings need to be experienced with a well informed attitude. It is recommended that we become aware of the profound mechanisms going on within our consciousness that science is only now beginning to decipher. The best bet is to keep a very open mind!
